Dear Reader,
Happy holidays! For those who celebrate it, we hope you had a great Christmas.
As usual, we ate far too much turkey and had way too many chocolates, but it was a lovely day spent celebrating with family. We’re now enjoying leftovers and catching up on Christmas TV!
A Christmas Gift
For a very limited time, the eBook of The Highland Kiss is free to claim on Amazon.
As you’re on our mailing list, there’s a good chance you’ve already read it, but perhaps you bought the paperback or were lucky enough to receive an Advance Reader Copy?
If so, take this opportunity to add the eBook to your Amazon account, so that it’s there if you’d ever like to re-read it in the future.
But that’s not all! Today is Stuff Your Kindle Day. Thousands of great romance eBooks are available to download for free!
There’s no time limit to read these books—once downloaded, they’re yours to read at your leisure—but they’re only free for a limited time. Why not take a look and see what you fancy?
Scotland in the News
A large crowd enjoyed a ceilidh on the streets of a Scottish town, with writer Robin McCelvie commenting, “I spend a lot of time insisting Scotland ain’t like Hollywood romanticises it. Then St Andrews ambushes me with this.”
After twelve years at Edinburgh Zoo, giant pandas Yang Guang and Tian Tian have returned to China. They were the UK’s only giant pandas.
The Simpsons came to Scotland this month in season 35, episode 8, “Ae Bonny Romance”.
Outlander: Blood of My Blood will start filming next month in Glasgow. It’s a prequel to Outlander and “is, at its heart, a love story”.
Both the British and the US versions of The Traitors are returning to TV screens in January. Set in a castle in the Highlands, this reality show tasks a group of contestants with trying to determine who among them are the “traitors”. We loved season one and can’t wait for season two!
xx,
